What this website is
This website provides information about Dheergaayush. It is not an offer, an invitation to offer or a contract. You buy a home at Dheergaayush only when you and we sign a written agreement for sale.
Images, plans and details
The 3D images on this site are artists’ impressions. They show our design, and the finished buildings, furniture, plants and surroundings may look different.
Floor plans and sizes here are for guidance. The area, specifications, and amenities that bind us are those set out in your agreement for sale and in the plans approved by the authorities. The agreement for sale also states which amenities and services come with your home and from when.
Prices and availability
We give prices on request. Ask our team, and they will send you the price, the payment schedule and the availability for the home you are interested in, in writing. These depend on the home, the block and the date, so they can change.
Please do not pay any amount on the basis of this website alone. Pay only against a written receipt from Suprabhath Promoters LLP. Our team never asks for payment into a personal account.
Site visits and enquiries
A site visit request or an enquiry does not reserve a home and does not commit you or us to anything. Our team calls you to confirm the time of your visit.
Parts of the site may be under construction. Our team guides you during your visit and asks that you follow their safety instructions.
Using this website
You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Please do not copy our content for commercial use or try to disrupt the site or gain access to parts of it that are not public.
