This policy explains what personal information we collect through dheergaayush.com and what you can ask us to do with it. Dheergaayush is a project of Suprabhath Promoters LLP, and in this policy “we” means Suprabhath Promoters LLP.
What we collect
You decide what to share. When you book a site visit or send us a message, our forms ask for:
- Your name and phone number, so we can call you back.
- Your email address, which is optional.
- Your message, if you wish to write one.
- Whom the home is for and the size of home you prefer.
If you call us or write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the details you share in that conversation. Please leave medical details and ID numbers out of your messages. We do not need them to arrange a visit.
Our website also records technical details, such as your device, your browser, the pages you open and the general area you are visiting from.
How we use your details
Website data helps us see which pages are useful, find problems on the site and check whether our adverts bring visitors here.
Who can see your details
A few service providers help us run the website and handle your messages: our hosting company, our form and email service, Google (analytics, adverts and Maps) and Meta (the Meta Pixel and WhatsApp). They may use your details only to provide that service.
We share your details with a court, the police or a government authority only when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Tag Manager to load our measurement and advertising tools. Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages people read. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, which is owned by the company behind Facebook and Instagram, tell us whether our adverts led you to this site. They may also show you our adverts on Google, Facebook and Instagram after you leave.
These tools place cookies on your device and send Google and Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you open.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the pages will still open. You can also change the adverts you see in your Google and Meta account settings.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after your last contact with us and then delete them. If the law requires us to keep a record for a longer period, we keep it for that period.
How we protect your details
Our website uses HTTPS, so what you type into a form travels in encrypted form. We store enquiries on password-protected systems and give access only to the team members who handle them. If a breach puts your details at risk, we will inform you and the authorities, as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what details we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your details.
- Stop contacting you, which withdraws the consent you gave on our form.
Write to the contact below and tell us what you need. We will reply within one month. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything we did while it was in place. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us, and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
